Speakers not found

Confirm this device is on the same local network as the speakers and that Local Network access is enabled for Sonement. Guest networks and client isolation can prevent discovery.

After changing Wi-Fi, reopen Sonement and run Check My Setup.

Households and remote access

Each device keeps its own active local Sonos Household. Linking a Sonos account adds account-authorised households as remote announcement destinations; it does not change the active local playback household.

Announcements

Record a short message, select the physical rooms that should receive it, and send. Local rooms use the local network; remote rooms use the optional Sonement cloud broker and Sonos Audio Clip.

Cross-household announcements do not create a group between properties.

Music services and accounts

A service linked to the Sonos Household can play through the speakers. A separate sign-in may be needed to browse that provider inside Sonement. Some providers expose full browse and search; others expose search only.

Playback, rooms, and queues

Select the intended room before starting music. A group shares one coordinator, queue and transport. Choosing a song inside the current queue starts at that position and continues through the remaining queue.

Music is unavailable

Music may have left a provider, be restricted in your storefront, or have a future release date. For stale Apple Music downloads, Sonement attempts to resolve the library item to its current catalogue version before playback.
